Innovative Health Solutions exists because most supplement content is written by people who have never opened the bottle. We buy the products, read the studies behind the claims, and publish the verdict even when the verdict costs us a commission.
How we review
Every review on this site follows the same four steps, in the same order. If a product fails a step, we say so in the first paragraph rather than burying it under an affiliate button.
1. Read the label first
Form, dose and fillers, compared against the dose actually used in human research. Proprietary blends that hide the amounts are an automatic mark against a product.
2. Check the testing
Who tested it, for what, and can you see the certificate. Third-party testing for heavy metals and identity is the floor, not a bonus feature.
3. Use it properly
A fair trial at the labelled dose, long enough for the effect the maker claims. A two-day trial is not a review, so we do not publish one.
4. Say who should skip it
Every verdict names the person this is wrong for. Interactions, pregnancy, blood pressure and blood sugar get called out in plain language.
How we make money
This site earns affiliate commissions. When you buy through a link here, the retailer pays us a percentage and you pay exactly the same price you would have paid otherwise. We are never paid to write a positive review, we do not accept payment for placement, and no brand sees an article before it is published.
