Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This policy explains what Innovative Health Solutions collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can get away with.

What we collect

  • Email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter. We also store the date you subscribed and which form you used, which is how we prove consent.
  • Name, email and message, if you use the contact form, so we can reply.
  • Name, email, comment and IP address, if you leave a comment, which WordPress stores by default and uses for spam filtering.
  • Standard server logs kept by our host, including IP address, browser and the pages requested.

Cookies

This site sets cookies to keep the site working, to remember that you have already seen the newsletter invitation, and to remember your details if you leave a comment. Affiliate networks we link to set their own cookies on their own domains once you click through, which is how a retailer knows the sale came from us. We cannot read those cookies and they cannot identify you to us personally.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the site run, and only as much as they need:

  • Our web host, which stores the site and its database.
  • Our email service, which stores subscriber addresses and sends the newsletter.
  • Anyone we are legally required to share it with.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for up to two years. Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so follow-up replies still make sense.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email with the link in its footer. You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell subscribers by email.
